Every grievance is matched to the correct ward, so you're not complaining to a general city queue — you're routed to the specific representative accountable for your area, with a clear, transparent escalation path if they don't respond in time.
GrievIQ is built and maintained by IOTC (Indus Overseas Trading Corporation) as an independent tool to make civic accountability more visible. We're currently piloting in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with a goal of expanding coverage and, in time, working directly with local governments to make this a recognized part of how citizens engage with their representatives.
