Service delivery policy

GrievIQ is online software. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical goods: everything is delivered on grieviq.in.

Citizens

Filing and tracking a complaint is free and available at once on grieviq.in, in the areas where GrievIQ is open.

After you request a pilot or a plan, GrievIQ checks your office's details and adds the sign-in email you gave us, usually within 2 working days. We email you when it is ready.
Representatives and their teams then sign in at grieviq.in/rep; department officers sign in at grieviq.in/dept.
Paying a bill keeps your office's access for the period shown on the bill. A bill paid online shows as paid at once. A UPI or bank payment you record is checked within 2 working days.
A paid public notice is shown from its start date, once it is approved and paid.

If GrievIQ can't give your office access within 7 working days of your payment, we refund the payment in full. See Refunds and cancellation.
